Michelle Oczki, M.S., LIMHP, CPC

Michelle OczkiMichelle Oczki received her master’s degree in Counseling from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 1998. Prior to founding Envision Counseling Center,  Michelle gained valuable experience working in hospitals and outpatient counseling agencies. She specializes in depression, anxiety, couple’s counseling, and relationship issues.  Michelle helps couples rebuild trust and improve communication, and works with individuals on reclaiming their happiness. Michelle is trained in EMDR, a specialized therapy that can treat PTSD, anxiety, phobias, panic attacks and many other issues. “I believe that each person has an innate ability to be happy and successful. My role is to assist you in realizing that potential. I teach solution-focused skills that individuals, couples, and families can use in the real world.”

 Nanon Perdaems-Vigen, M.S., LIMHP, LADAC, EMDR therapist

Nanon has a bachelor’s degree in Alcohol and Drug Abuse Studies from the University of South Dakota, and a master’s degree in Counseling from South Dakota State University. She specializes in trauma, PTSD, dissociation, substance abuse, depression, anxiety, and the co-occurrence of mental health and substance abuse issues. Nanon is certified in EMDR. She takes a holistic approach to therapy, considering the biological components that influence mental health and substance abuse issues. Alcohol problems are very related to underlying biology that predisposes one to developing alcohol problems, and treatment needs to incorporate this. Nanon can help you determine your underlying biological type.

 

Aryn Bowlby-Safranek, M.S., LIMHP, LADC, LPC

Aryn picAryn graduated from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 1998 with her master’s degree in Counseling. She works with teens, adults and families. Aryn has an extensive background in mental health and substance abuse counseling. She uses cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused and motivational interviewing approaches to meet individual needs. Her areas of expertise include anger management, improving self esteem, drug and alcohol education and sobriety skill development, managing grief and depression, and dealing with past trauma. In addition, Aryn can meet the needs of those in diversion and probation programs, including completing drug and alcohol evaluations, initial diagnostic assessments and providing therapy.  Aryn’s focus is to help individuals realize their ability to change and develop skills in order to meet their goals in life.
